Dr. Scott Hamilton, board-certified pediatrician, heads up the pediatric treatment area in the emergency department at Lafayette General. He and LGMC have partnered with KATC TV-3's Good Morning Acadiana to provide helpful medical information to parents on the morning show once a month.
We have expanded that partnership to include a new blog, which will allow Dr. Hamilton to expand on his GMA interview in addition to interacting with readers, with the intent of keeping kids safe, healthy, and out of the emergency room.
